Terms of exchange and return

Article 9.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" Terms of exchange / return of goods of proper quality:

The consumer has the right to exchange or return a non-food product of proper quality from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size.

The consumer has the right to exchange and return the goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase.

 

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out in the case of:

• if it has not been used;

• if its product appearance is preserved;

• if consumer properties, labels are preserved;

• upon presentation of a settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods;

• exchange and return are possible only in the showroom or store where the purchase was made.

 

In case of exchange or return of goods of proper quality purchased in the online store, the buyer pays for transportation services.

Returns of items sent by Nova Poshta are also made  this service. Address, branch number and recipient  agree with our consultant.

We refund  for ordering a card agreed with the buyer within 5  working days from the date of receipt of the return.
To transfer funds, we will need full card details (Bank Institution, Bank MFI, Payee, IBAN, payee's account, RNOKPP (TIN) of the payee). This information can be found in the bank application, under the name Card details or Card details for accepting payments or check with the bank.
